At getlow.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The product is defective/damaged, or an incorrect item was received.
❌ No returns for: Opened/disassembled products, or buyer’s change of mind.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via contact page OR send us an email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the issue (for damaged/incorrect items)
- We’ll approve eligible returns and provide return instructions.
3. Refund Process
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer/Easypass within 3 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Defective Items: Free replacement (if available) or full refund.
- Non-Defective Returns: Customer covers return shipping fees.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different product, return the original item and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products without original packaging/tags.
- Perishable or hygienic items (e.g., supplements, skincare).
6. Late/Missing Refunds?
