We currently deliver orders across Pakistan, including major cities and most remote areas served by our courier partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service coverage.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 3–5 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is generally:

3–5 working days

Delivery to remote areas may require additional time. During sales, promotional campaigns, public holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected courier delays, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

From time to time, Getlow.pk may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders across Pakistan.

For COD orders:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

  • The courier may require payment before handing over the parcel.

  • Customers should ensure that the provided phone number and delivery address are correct.

  • Please keep the required amount available when the courier arrives.

Courier companies generally do not permit customers to open COD parcels before payment. Any return or exchange request should be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full Name

  • Complete Address

  • City

  • Area/Locality

  • Active Phone Number

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure, Getlow.pk may contact you for updated information before attempting delivery again.

7. Failed Delivery

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, the address is incorrect, or the parcel is refused, the courier may make another delivery attempt according to its standard procedures.

Repeatedly refused or unclaimed COD orders may affect eligibility for future COD purchases.

8. Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with reliable courier partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Road closures

  • Security situations

  • Courier operational issues

  • High-volume sale periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

In such cases, we appreciate your patience while the courier completes delivery.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Parcel

If you receive an item that appears damaged, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Please keep the original packaging and parcel until your issue has been reviewed. Photographs or videos may be requested to help us process your complaint.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the applicable return process will apply.
